Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Puerto Rico: 1–3 business days
  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • International: 5–20 business days

Local Delivery

  • Available for orders placed through UVA!
  • Deliveries are made between 10 AM – 4 PM

In-Store Pickup

  • Free local pickup available at: 201 Calle de la Luna, San Juan
  • Orders ready within 1–3 business days
  • Pickup hours:
  • Bring your order confirmation email when picking up

International Shipping

  • We ship to most countries; checkout will confirm availability for your location
  • Import duties/taxes (including VAT) may apply and are the customer’s responsibility

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • MUNS is not liable for lost or stolen packages
  • If your package is lost/stolen, contact us first — we’ll do our best to assist
  • If your package remains in pre-shipment status for over 10 business days, email customerservice@munsthebrand.com

Checking Order Status

  • Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships
  • Please allow 48 hours for tracking to update
  • If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of shipment confirmation, email customerservice@munsthebrand.com with your name and order number
