Jewelry Warranty

We offer a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase to cover manufacturing defects in our jewelry pieces.

This includes:

• Clasps that do not function properly
• Broken solder joints or detached components

This does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Scratches, loss of gold plating due to exposure to chemicals, water, or perfumes
• Misuse or improper handling (bending, impact, or dropping)

Clothing Warranty

We offer a 30-day warranty for sewing defects or evident manufacturing flaws.

This does not cover:

• Damage caused by improper washing
• Damage from prolonged use

Repairs Outside Warranty

We offer a low-cost repair service for items outside the warranty period because we want you to enjoy your MUNS pieces for years to come.
Each case will be individually evaluated by our team.
